Professional and on time. Missed some small items but fixed them once they were pointed out.

I am on the board for the HOA in my neighborhood.  We are going to continue to use this company because they are easy to reach and very prompt.  They are very good at explaining what needs to be done and what they are going to do to fix the problem.

RA installers (they sent two roofers and a carpenter to do the work on my chase) arrived on time. They did not stand around chatting and smoking (no smoking). The foreman explained what he wanted them to do and they promptly went to work. They worked a full day, cleaned up the property and came back the next morning ON TIME to finish.  My property was immaculate when the job was finished; I did not find one single nail, scrap of shield or shingle. The men were friendly but professional. I did not hear anyone yell or swear the entire time. There was one tricky corner that had been leaking before the new roof was installed. They noticed where the rain water had dripped and took extra care in that spot.  A week or two after the roof was installed, it rained. The rain dripped in the old spot, and rain water was going behind the gutters on the garage eaves. I called. Cindy (co-owner) sent someone the very next day to fix those two things. I have not had any problems in the year and a half the roof has been on. Hurricane Sandy ripped the siding off one side of my house but not one shingle was lifted. I cannot say enough good things about Rich Aluminum. The $100-higher price was well worth it because I got the best quality and best service.

I chose Rich Aluminum because they are GAF Certified. GAF shingles offer a warranty on their 50 year shingles, as well, as 10 year warranty on the labor done as long as the company is GAF Certified. I only had two minor problems that I did not notice until it rained and when I called them they came out within 24 hours. They were professional and pleasant. They put up with a lot for me and were very accomodating. I would highly recommend them! Their prices were fair, as well.

From estimate to repair done by Matt and Scott, this was a professional job from start to finsh! Completely satisfied. My thanks to everyone at RICH!

Their workmen were excellent. We had no mess left on our lawn. They were in and out in the same day. They were very professional. I have had no issues with the windows.
