It took 4 months to complete a half roof metal roof and tile garage roof. Lesson learned not to pay $21,500 until the job is complete that should have taken a week. * Requested many times to complete the job. Responses were for dates that they did not adhere here to. * When job was finally completed, the roof deflection still leaks. I told them I would seal it myself. * After multiple requests to have nails cleaned up after the job was done, no one came. After 4 months, I am still picking up roof nails. A car in my driveway got a flat tire that I suspect was a result of a nail in my driveway. Thank goodness my dogs did not step on any. Picked up more roof nails today. * After 4 months, I returned supplies left behind by the workers in my garage. Not even a thank you for their return. *Never got a "How'd you like the work?" or a "Thank you for your business!" I am very disappointed and will not engage them for further improvements at my home.

The contractors and subcontractors were professional, things were done timely and they were right on the estimate. A few of the workmen spent a decent amount of time explaining everything to my parents and doing a few odds and ends items they asked for. They were very happy with the job done and how nice the workers were. Communication was also good as the lead contractor was willing to talk over the details when we needed to, to make sure we both had the same understanding of what work we needed to get done. The only thing we would have liked more, was if it cost a little less - but they did an awful lot of work and it all seems high quality, so I would have to say that's fair. Overall, we were very happy with the work, timeliness, communication and professionalism.

The windows were done in a day, perfect fit and trim inside and out. The siding was done by a perfectionist who works alone and although it took a little longer than it otherwise might have (two and a half weeks) it looks beautiful. The final price was exactly what was estimated. Clean up was great.

They did everything they said they were going to do in the time frame they said they would do it in. They were very professional and honest and their prices were reasonable.
