He came out and couldn’t figure out what was wrong and made us wait a week during the holiday. He tracked dirt through the home after we placed extra rugs so that he wouldn’t. He didn’t realize we had a pump. When he finally figured out it was a pump he installed a new one and he wrote that he cleaned out the pit on the bill. After they left I looked and the cover wasn’t installed properly and screws were left on the floor and I looked inside the pit and it was filled with grout and I had to take a vacuum pump on New Years Eve and clean it out myself. He even lost a part and told us that he stuck a rag in the hole. I looked in the garbage and found it myself and put it on. When I called to complain they acted bewildered. This was a terrible experience.
