Excellent! Ed is a perfectionist and takes a great deal of pride in his work. His work looks like it should be in a home improvement magazine. It is impeccable. He is also extremely organized and leaves no trace of the mess that happens during these major projects. He is our go-to guy going forward for all home improvement projects. he intend to contract him for our kitchen, living room, and bedroom.

I cannot be happier with the work performed by Eddie Romani. He has an excellent reputation and now I know why. He is very professional, punctual and precise. He is not happy until the work is perfect. I have a high-end house and I care very much for it. Therefore, I only want to best contractors to work in my house, If you are also, like me, very demanding about the quality of the contractors working in your house, then I highly recommend Eddie Romani. I could not be happier with the work he has done. He replaced 5 tiles in the kitchen and you literally cannot tell where the new tiles are. The replacement is perfect. He corked the kitchen's back splash (made or marble) against the granite countertop, a bathroom's tiles and bathtub, and a few porcelain tiles in the foyer. Moreover, the granite countertop of the kitchen had been poorly installed by the constructor of my house, and had become misaligned. Eddie has completely fixed that problem and reinforced the installation of the countertop. Meanwhile, as soon as he saw something else that needed to be fixed, he fixed it on the spot. He had all the material and equipment ready and did everything possible to generate the least amount of dust. On his way out he cleaned everything, even the minor saw dust that he had generated outside with a saw to cut a piece of wood that he needed for the countertop. His price was extremely fair. He is a very honest man, whom you can trust 100%. I was looking for someone trusted and precise to finish my basement and now I have no doubt: Eddie is the one!

He was fabulous. He did a California closet. It looks gorgeous. The bathroom he did everything. It looks really, really good. It looks really nice. He told me not to do it but I like it. Its like small marble tiled on the floor. Subway tiles and marble. It was so reasonable.

I had no prior experience with renovations and found the provider to be very easy to work with. He offered suggestions on what to consider when selecting materials and I felt very much in control of my budget.
Both bathrooms look wonderful! Provider had a great eye for detail and added touches that I wouldn't have thought of.
Kitchen is small and I wanted many cabinets. Provider worked with the design the supplier developed and made corrections where the supplier had measured incorrectly. Kitchen came out beautifully!
Provider took a lot of time during prep work in Living room to fix little problems that another might have just ignored.
Overall, the providers attention to details made the projects take longer than expected, but was worth the wait.

He first totally gutted and rebuilt two separate bathrooms. The bathrooms had both been installed in 1934 when the house was built and had outdated tile and many cracks both in the ceiling and floor. He took out everything down to the rafters, laid a new " mud job" and beautiful marble tile floors and walls (mud jobs are still the way to go for high-end work, but most contractors consider a mud job an overkill-- it isn't). and then re-installed the fixtures which were in very good condition and historically correct for the house. He charged me only for materials and labor. The bathrooms are amazing. Both bathroom remodels together cost less than $20,000. Other estimates that I had gotten were far higher and one contractor wanted to lay the new floor over the old cracked floor, because he said it would be too expensive to take it out. Eddie is a true craftsman and takes pride in his work. He is also extremely neat and cleans up everyday. After the bathrooms, he built a three car garage which turned out perfect and again was accomplished for a really reasonable price. His work (and that of his helpers) was well under $50,000. I also paid for the excavator and foundation, plumber, electrician and materials, but Eddie oversaw everything and found excellent subs to do the work for a very reasonable price. He also designed and built 2 cabinets and a fireplace mantel, which are also perfect.
