 + -1 moreNO CALL NO SHOW NO MESSAGE for 2 1/2 months after office said he would be coming probably squeeze the small job in in June because otherwise he was busy up to mid-July. NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD and yet waited for him trusting that he was on Angie's list. No response to message through Angie's list. No response to phone calls This is the way to run a business? Absolute MINUS ZERO of a business man and person
Description of Work: Contacted Ecopool 2 1/2 months ago for minor plumbing pipe repair or replacement at the pump. The office called to discuss the work and said he was busy 'til mid-July but since it was such a small project he would probably be able to fit it in that month-June and would call that he was coming. Never heard from him in June or July or August (today is the 22nd.) in spite of another message I wrote through Angies list to inquire about what was going on. NO ANSWER. Since the pump and pipes with many leaks do not have enough pressure to vacuum the bottom of the pool, we have not yet had a swim in our pool! Since I found him on Angies list, I fully expected the work to be done or why tell the customer you would be coming? HOW ABOUT A 1 SECOND COURTESY CALL to say will not be coming? a short reply through Angie's list?

Description of Work: Eric of Ecopool took over the managing and care of our community pool - He is thoughtful and clear, and all that he has done so far has been great. We recommend anyone is in need of a company that is a family business where they actually do the work! They are hands on. We are all very glad we changed after 30 years of lackluster service by our former pool company.

Description of Work: Needed to replace my old pool service company who was lacking in the service arena. Eric and his team are wonderful.. they work Saturdays.. and are on site within 24 hours if needed. Not to mention he knew exactly what our challenges are/were and addressed everything promptly. I would definitely recommend again. And of course we'll be using him and his team moving forward.

 + -1 moreWe've had the Eco Pool people here several times for different jobs that we should have taken care of years ago. We never took care of them because it has been virtually impossible to get a pool service company to come, unless you take out a yearly contract and give them your firstborn. Ecopool has been such a refreshing change. They are responsive to calls. Very friendly when they come. Have solved a number of mechanical issues including (underwater) lights, equipment leak, heater problem. Competent, friendly, professional and reliable - I recommend them highly.

He takes great pride in his work, as could be seen by the attention to detail of the repairs. I felt that he and his team worked as if they were repairing their own pool. Could not be any happier with the quality and care of the job.

 + -1 moreThey really know their stuff. We have not had any trouble since they started cleaning the pool and it is such a pleasure. They come on Fridays. I feel the price is fair. They are a little higher but it is so worth it when you have had people that don't know what they are doing.
Description of Work: They come once a week to clean the pool. They also do the chemical treatments and clean out any debris.
