They have a very good reputation. They are very good. They are reliable, they stand behind their products. Just an easy place to do business with. They have this stuff that is regularly available. You don't wait for pretty much anything. They install things, that type of things. They seem be able to give discount on the price, depending on what you buy. I guess it is somewhat negotiable too. You know, they have some latitude. They would handle everything from the very top of the line to lower grades - they have any quality you would want. I don't think they would sell something bad. They just sell whatever is available and they can get any particular product you want. They are very prompt and they deliver when they say.

Great experience, easy location to find, big store, there is always someone to answer any questions you may have.
We bought a dual Bosch oven which is wonderful.
We highly recommend going to this store if you are looking for high performance appliances, durable products and brands.

A visit was scheduled on Saturday morning for Tuesday morning, around 8:30 am. Confirmation call on Monday and professional was at my door exactly 8:30 am, with all the tools and parts necessary to execute the repair on the spot. Very polite personnel, very attentive and caring. Absolutely recommended.

Unfortunately, my experience has not been great.

• Poor customer service. You can walk around for what feels like hours without anyone stopping to ask if you need help. Now, for the most part, I don't mind that as 'pushy' sales associates can be annoying, especially if you're just 'looking'. However, you don't usually window shop at a store you have to drive to and one that stands alone in its own parking lot....you're going there for a reason. Look up from behind the desk and acknowledge me please.
• Prices are simply not competitive. Best Buy and Sears are better options.

Additional fees and charges. Delivery charge?? For up the street?? Again, where is your customer service and reciprocity for a customer going out of there way to shop locally? On the installation of my dishwasher they forgot to charge me for delivery and had the nerve to call me up to try and recoup their less than $50 costs.

Dishwasher broke the day before a big family gathering for Easter. Went to Appliance Service Center and they were able to give us a great new dishwasher that we could take home with us. Helped us by printing out all the info we needed to get 2 rebates. Very helpful and informative. Will go there when I need my next appliance.

Appliance Sales Plus was unable to install the new dishwasher, so they refunded the installation fee of $161. They did remove the old dishwasher. I had to hire a plumber to install the dishwasher which added another $500 to the cost of replacement. My old dishwasher was a portable and the new one was not. I had forgotten that it would make a difference in the cost of replacement.

They will be delivering it tomorrow. I have dealt with them before and I know the kind of work they do. They have been punctual in the past. They are really good. They have very good salespeople and provide very good service. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and helpful. They negotiate the price with us and give us good deals. They haven't installed the appliances yet. However, they had installed appliances for me here in the past. They are competitively priced.

THE TECH ARRIVED ON TIME. HE WAS NEAT,PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PLEASANT REPAIRED WASHER IN TIMELY MANNER. APPOINTMENT WAS SET IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
