We were referred to Appliance Sales Plus by a good friend, and we were blown away by their service. The owner, Carl, answered the phone on a Saturday morning, and he was very informative and generous with his time. His installation and delivery guys were equally as pleasant to interact with. Shopping with them was a wonderful reminder that purchasing from a small/local business can be far more meaningful and worthwhile. We highly recommend Carl and the team at Appliance Sales Plus for your home appliance needs.

Appliances arrived on promised date

After begin promised a new gasket and repair in two weeks, they finally called 5 weeks later.   Be  VERY careful with this organization! They farm out all their repairs to outside firms.  I was given no indication that the cost would be extraordinary for work that took exactly 17 minutes.   The charge was $89 for the part (way overpriced considering it could be purchased online for less than than half that)., $79 labor for installation (that was fair), plus an ADDITIONAL $95 service call to come to the house.   A 17 minute repair for a simple part which they already had in hand cost almost $200.
When I went back to the store to discuss the pricing of their service I spoke to the owner.   I was told, "that's the way it is....the outside firms have to make money....they charge $95 just to ring your doorbell."   
I know repair places charge a service charge, if they come to your house without knowing what the problem is.   But, in this case, the repair was known and the part was ordered.  The cost was extraordinary.  I was not told in advance of any service charge and was given no estimate or indication that the price would be high.
The gasket repair was not done correctly and now requires me to schedule another service visit to make it right.  I received NO satisfaction from the owner.   I was offered no rebate, no cost reduction, not even a store credit to use at a future date, and not even the semblance of an apology,  which would have been excellent customer service.    And this is for a good customer who has purchased, not one, not two, but SIX appliances from this organization over 10 years.. 
They are very pleasant when you want to buy high end appliances, but come in for another issue or with a problem and they don't even know your name.  Like others who have written here, they are off my list for any future purchase or any type of service.
Steer clear of this store.  There are better organizations with quality customer service and better attitude, as well as lower prices.

I purchased several appliances from them recently and everything was done perfectly from start to finish.  Even some little problems were handled timely and efficiently.  The owner is a real professional, and I will definitely return to this merchant for my future appliance purchases.

When I called for service I was told it would be $97 for the visit and if he had to come back it would be the cost of the part and $45/hour for labor, no mention of minimum labor charges.  Technician told me 3 or 4 business days for the part to come in. After waiting a week I called them, part was on order. They scheduled a call in anticipation of the part arriving. It arrived 2 days earlier and a call was scheduled for the next day.  Pump was installed and tested for about 20 seconds. Then he left after leaving me with a bill for the part plus $90 for labor even though he was here for less than an hour.
I ran a normal wash cycle and all seemed OK. The next normal cycle the problem was back!! I can easily pump out the water with a manual pump cycle (press and hold the clear button).  Checked all the hoses, etc. All looks fine. Based on some DIY forums, I decided to use my plunger to push water through the sink drain. Problem is almost 100% gone.  I wonder if I needed a new pump or all that was needed was to clear the sink drain?
$285 lesson learned.  The woman who answers the service phone is very nice and does a good job. Not pleased with the quality of the problem diagnosis.  I will not use them in the future.

They've always been extraordinarily responsive, of superior, and well-priced.

The dishwasher works well - the installer knew what he was doing but I have a very bad taste in my mouth. I've purchased from this store before but never will ever again. There are other stores in the area that are much better in price as well as professional and courteous. Don't be fooled by close proximity, it's worth it to drive a few more miles.

We have bought other appliances prior to 2006 from ASP. They carry substantial appliances and are flexible to work with.

The prices were great but there was a definite lack of professionalism noted from the moment we walked in the store. We overheard a salesman on the phone with an irate customer. His demeanor with the customer wasn't good and his negative comments regarding the customer were in direct earshot of us (prospective clients). While the salesman might have been correct regarding the customer on the phone, it wasn't professional for him to say anything that we could hear.
As to the delivery, we paid extra for installation of the appliances. We were not happy with the way the delivery people left - they pointed to the books and told us and quot;The books are there.and quot; There was no explanation of how the things work. Not only that, but the stove wasn't left at the correct height or leveled. My husband did it quickly enough but after paying extra for installation I don't think my husband should have broken out in a sweat or possibly injure himself finishing the install.

Worked with Scott who help me with selection, installation and even rebate forms. A pleasure to work with and very professional. Delivery was on time, installation team was very competent, minor cliche with the microwave installation but was resolved quickly. Scott also helped me with my rebate forms. All in all a near perfect experience and I love my new appliances. I would use them again and highly recommend them.
