Description of Work: Clark Heating and Cooling came to my home and installed a A/C window unit through the HEAP program. They were here ahead of the scheduled time and performed the work quickly. The only thing that was a bad point was that the technician did not have all the materials he should have had to do the job correctly. He was able to improvise and was able to complete the work. Other wise the experience was good and I would use them again.

+ -1 moreAppointments were kept on time. Work was performed efficiently and professionally. Removal of the old boiler and the major part of the new installation were done in one day with the balance of the job being finished the following morning.
Description of Work: Diagnosed problem with 14 year old boiler(leaking) quoted and installed a new higher efficiency boiler and updated to current code requirements. Also performed repairs on some of the plumbing to the baseboards.

+ -1 moreVery thorough and honest. Got right to the job, honest pricing on the Freon, no nonsense. I previously had them out in March, 2013 to repair furnace. 3 expensive visits by a different Heating and A/C company did not find or fix the real problem but I paid for a lot of parts and labor. Clark came out and found the problem (an ignitor) on the first visit and replaced it at a reasonable cost ($167 for service call and part). I was ready to buy a new furnace because the other company blamed everything on the age of the furnace. This is a small, family run business out of Sodus, NY that has stayed in business by earning it, not by advertising. When it comes time (soon) to replace the system I will get a bid from these folks.
Description of Work: Checked and recharged old central A/C system on this visit. Previous visit in March, 2013 was repair of furnace.
