My septic system backed up, and I called these folks on a Sunday afternoon. They told me they would come right away, but I had to get the tank dug up first. I called them around 4:00 pm, he arrived 30 minutes later as he said he would, and he spent over an hour making sure the tank was fully emptied and even gave me advice on how to fix a mistake another contractor had made. Their equipment is relatively new, the staff is very courteous and dependable and I'll be sure to use them again.
