It went well. Rugs were removed to be cleaned and returned looking great. They also offered to clean area rugs in place if needed. Very happy with this experience..

I called Mr. Kelly the first week of January to get an estimate to clean 3 rooms of carpet in a condo I am getting ready to move into.
Mr. Kelly was punctual and went through the entire process of how he would clean the carpets and how much it would be.
We set up an appt. for 1/2613 at 10AM and true to his word he and his helper arrived at 9:55 ready to start. As Mr. Kelly got everything ready he had his helper vaccum the entire house including to my shock along the baseboard mouldings.
They then proceeded to do do a perimeter cleanign along all the base boards after apply a solution tohe eintire site to be cleaned.After the perimeter was done they pulled out the big cleaner extractor and did the rest of the carpet.
After they were done they put large fans in the 3 rooms to help with the drying.
They were in and out in 3-12 hours and I was extremely happy with their professional manner and performance.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.
