The work was good. The window for the plumber to come was messed up. They were suppose to call me and didn't and plumber was their first. They wanted to charge me for the time. Also, plumber wanted to considering buying house and telling me its worth isn't much. Which is not true. He wanted it for nothing. Invasion of space a little.

I had used Werner's Plumbing for about eight years - always fine service, prices fair enough. When I called Werner's Plumbing and spoke with Mary., she was always most helpful until recently, when she would not return my calls or help me in any way. Mary has ruined my experience with her own company. I am telling my friends and family far and wide on Long Island to avoid calling Werner's Plumbing. The workers were wonderful. Mary, the owner, is irresponsible and should have returned my calls.
