We recently went back to fios from Optimum. Several channels did not come in properly. they sent a technician quickly, and credited our account for the time we didn't have those channels. The tech was friendly, quick, and courteous.

I don't lose calls. I'm just with them because I've been with them for a long time. It's really the only reason why. I feel like there might be better services out there but I'm just kind of with them. The internet service is pretty fast.
