The Estimate Guys is a professional estimate preparation service for homeowners, landlords, business-owners, real estate agents and contractors. We have an in-house staff of former and current insurance adjusters that utilize Xactimate 28 software to scope, price and prepare estimates of any type and size. Our rates start at $1 a square foot.

Services we offer

We provide paid-for estimates for your residential or commercial; repair, renovation or new construction projects. Since we are not contractors and not bidding for your job we provide a simple estimate with no fluff, mark ups or hidden fees. You can then use our estimate to choose the right contractor at the right price. We also provide full Public Adjuster services for your Homeowner's or Commercial insurance claim through Long Island Public Adjusters, LLC.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer rebuild, renovation or repair services. We only provide estimates. We don't want the job, just the estimate!
