SEVEN GABLES POWER EQUIPMENT

I bought my Husqvarna snow blower from them two years ago, and never used it do to no snow. During the big storm the snowblower stopped working due to a broken belt pulley. I got it back working but needs to be looked at. I went into Seven Gables to to tell them what happened and did not want to bring the snow blower in, in case of another storm, (i wont have It). The worker told me that its under warranty till December 2013. I waited till the season was over so i would not need it any more. On 4/23/13 I hooked up to my truck and hauled it down to seven gables where i was told that they are not dealing with snow blowers now and they have no room for it. I explained to he worker and other workers that we had spoke of the situation, and he told my "well that was months ago. I explained to them that i was never told of a cut off date for snow blowers as i was waiting for season to be over. their response was "no, we are not taking it". Very aggressive attitude with no willing to help and understand the situation. I explained that i would like it done so its all set for next winter. Still the answer was "we are not taking it, come back in October or November. Its very disappointing as a customer who spent $900 for a snow blower and purchased a lawn mower and chain saw, and who's family has been using them for years. as a customer idont care what you cant do or you dont have room for it, thats your problem figure it out. I called a another company and without hesitation told me to bring it in now. Customer service goes along way. Will never use seven gables again.
