From the moment I met Kyle Bannen, I could see that he really had the experience and the knowledge to build me the best ramp possible and at a fair price. Pre-contract, he communicated with me often and was able to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. When the work actually started, the efficiency of Kyle and his team were evident from the start. He said that the work would take from 4 to 5 hours and he was right on the mark. What really impressed me, however, were the extras that he did. The front outdoor porch was bordered by two old wrought iron bannisters that would not allow the top platform to fit. Since the platform piece had hand-holds, I knew that we wouldn't need the old wrought iron any more, so with my permission, he cut them off rather than ask me to have it done. There were two bushes at the front of the pathway to the front door that extended into the pathway and would interfere with the ramp placement. Other contractors that I received estimates from told me to remove them myself, but not Kyle - he trimmed them for me. All in all, a very satisfying experience.
