I was not very satisfied with the overall job this company did for me. They supposedly fixed the badly leaking pipes and I had to eventually spend a lot of money getting the Sheetrock and thus walls back in order, only to have another leak in the same proximity happen again. I contacted the office to explain my situation and they came out and after having to destroy all the new sheet rocked walls I put back up, determined that the leak was coming from the toilet area instead. I couldn t believe that they didn t notice all the plumbing in the area when they first fixed the problem I had, so I asked them if there was some type of compensation that I could be given for having to do yet another full repair and sheet rock replacement. None was given or volunteered. Leave it to say, I won t be using this company again.

In my opinion, their pricing is a little bit expensive; I think I could found a better deal. They are very professional, clean and courteous though. They returned all my calls and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them.

The first thing he did was shove a paper in my face saying it would be $189 to snake the toilet, that took him about 10 minutes. Then I told him about the shower and he said he would have to make a hole in the garage ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. This hold kept growing... Then he said it was not the shower pan, but that it was coming from behind the shower head - and he had to go into it from behind, through a closet wall. I had two other things I was going to ask him to do but after I saw the bill I saw that he was charging a lot because these bills came to $900. He didn't know of anyone to fix the holes. He never cleaned up, all he did was take the sheetrock from the garage and put it one of my garbage bags. I was disappointed in the fact that he didn't clean up, wipe the floor in the bathroom or make any attempt to help in any other way.

I THINK IT WAS A GREAT JOB. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY LEAKAGE PROBLEMS. THE GUYS EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND EVEN LEFT THE OLD PIPES FOR MY HUSBAND TO LOOK AT LATER.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUICK RESPONSE OF THIS COMPANY. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY PLUMBING SINCE THE REPAIRS.
