I've used them before and they are excellent. They seal coated our driveway last week. Thirty minutes after they left we had a surprise downpour. Not predicted. I called and they said "no problem" and came back and re sealed. Refreshing in these times.

I wanted to hire them, because they did a good job sealing my driveway a few years ago, and the Angies List rating was good. This time, we wanted to seal the driveway again, but had a more complicated job in the way of pavers and belgian block repair. It took 2 or three revisions to get the description of work correct, and I wound up writing the scope of work myself, because they kept getting it wrong. The price was fair, and the scheduled it at a reasonable time. However, when we asked for help picking out the pavers, we were directed to a website. We asked for a personal visit by the estimator, and he agreed but stood us up twice. At this point, and in view of the problem with the estimate, we decided to go elsewhere.

Everything was perfect.

As always, Blacktop is super easy to deal with. They call back when they say they will. They schedule services within a week of calling. No hassle. This is the third time I have used them and we will continue to use them.

Only problem was the amount of time to get started, but the results made up for the wait.

Let me first start by saying I read these reviews before hiring anyone to do work. I always take the negative with a grain of salt because let's face it you can't please everyone and some people are difficult. I CAN SAY WITHOUT A DOUBT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They seal coated my driveway in June did a great job and was very happy so I decided to use them to expand my driveway. I got an estimate 6/29 and Scheduled install for today 7/27. I called today at 9am and spoke to Ann who sounded surprised I was calling to find out what time they would start work today. She said she would call me back. When she did call back she said they couldn't come today because they got stuck on another job.(sounds to me like they never had any intention of coming and forgot about my job). I explain to her how upset I am that they not only didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming but didn't even give me a date when they would be coming. I also explained I took off from work for this. I asked when they would be able to come she said she didn't do the schedule and didn't know. I asked to have the owner call me or I would have to go with a new compant . I asked that he have a new new install date when he called. Ann called me back (NOT THE OWNER) and told me the owner is sorry they didn't come and understands if I want to go with another company and that they have no new install date. I asked when would he know when he could get me on the schedule and she said he doesn't know and they understand if I go with another company. I informed her to tell the owner STEVE to look for this review. So thank you STEVE for not only making me miss a day of work but not having the courtesy to call me YOURSELF and instead making your secretary do your dirty work. DO NOT USE THIS unprofessional COMPANY. I waited over a month and now I have to start all over again and hire a new company.

The work was done in an acceptable time frame with quality workmanship. The job took about 18 days from rip out to paving. Two damage issues was remedied to my satisfaction. The other issue I had, and which I discussed with the owner, was that when I called the office they sometimes had no info for me on next steps, etc I would use them again

I live in a condo complex that does not allow cars parked on street overnight, so I made appointment for sealcoating over 3 weeks before scheduled service. I was going on vacation for 1 week, so I gave them 7 days to do the job. They never showed up to do the job. Excuse: crew did not have time to do my driveway??? Stay away, you can get sealcoating for a lot cheaper, and more reliable service from other contractors.

They were efficient and always there when they said they would be.

Time frame was a bit delayed, but that was due to the weather. I have been stopped by community members telling me how great the driveway looks.

Excellent service at the affordable price! I initially selected a few companies based on reviews posted, but went with Quality for the following reasons: Superfast and accurate quoting process. Courteous and professional customer service. Materials offered and price. This is what happened... I called the number, provided the info, described the scope of work I required. Five minutes later I received a phone call with the price and available time slot for the next morning. I was asked to call early am to confirm my time slot, which I did... The crew of two arrived the following morning as promised, did their thing in about an hour and left. That's it! This company uses LI made VelveTop seal coat with the slurry additive for small cracks, and the filler (for larger cracks) made by the same brand. In my opinion, the quality of VelveTop product is far superior than the most popular brands sold at box stores. Overall I am very happy I selected Quality for this project, would definitely hire them again. Than you!

Stay away! First Steve called be the morning they were suppose to start and said that he made a mistake and the cost would be an additional $700. From that point on it only got worse. No communication at all. We didn't know if they were done, if so, when we could use the driveway etc..Next they tore up part of my lawn. Then, the line separating the driveway from the lawn was destroyed. It had been perfectly straight. When they were finished it was uneven and literally butchered. Then I was told that they would repair the damage but refused to tell me when. "When we are in the area again" was the answer I received!
I ended up getting the Landscaper that originally did work for me after Hurricane Sandy to repair the damage. I am filing a small claims action and will undoubtedly recover the cost to fix it as I have pictures of before and after. Save yourself the time money and headache and do not trust these guys.
