Real Estate Service
Did research on real estate brokers and brought several in for bids. All were nice, courteous, and relatively competitive on price (commission). We chose Michael Scarito of Team Scarito whose agency is part of Douglas Elliman for two reasons: they and their parent company seem to sell the most houses in our area, and he didn't mind that we did not want to have any open house dates throughout the selling process. Throughout the whole process, Michael was a pleasure to deal with! He was upfront, professional, friendly, courteous, and always available. His office also was a pleasure to deal with. He helped guide us through the somewhat complicated and stressful process of selling a house. He made the process as simple and straightforward as he could! Would definitely recommend him and his firm to others!
