Keep an eye on the work being done every hour and have them do it correctly. Very poor communication if any within the departments in the company. From the people who answer the phones to the workers especially. We had a liner installed, new steps, and new light. Was suppose to get a call when the workers would show up, but no, they showed up with no notice. They asked if they could drink beer around 4pm, I said I guess so, and they worked til 9 in the dark. I guess that's why the liner was installed crooked. They also have no communication with what the electrician will and won't do so be prepared with your own or do it yourself. The manager gave us a hard time when we expressed our disappointment with the crooked liner and the owner eventually came by and they did redo it. Our "new" LED light just burned out so it only lasted a year. We've left messages about the light but no response.

Workers didn't grade pavers/patio properly, which created flooding in basement. While the company tried to respond to the problem by doing make-shift repairs to the basement, they didn't pull up pavers to grade properly - so we had multiple floods before the additional drywell and french drain were installed. Overall I felt they tried to work with me on it and they do provide various landscaping services, so it's one stop shopping...but the grading issue was really a problem.

I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND MY LOCAL POOL SERVICE TO ANYONE. THERE WAS A HUGE PRICE DIFFERENCE IN THE RETAINING WALL TO INSTALL THE POOL, BUT THAT NOT JOSEPH'S FAULT. OVERALL THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO.

THEY ARE GREAT ABOUT RESPONDING TO MY QUESTIONS, AND PROVIDING INFORMATION. I DO NOT FEEL THEY HAVE MADE ANY REPAIRS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY. THEY SEEM TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
