Workers showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional. We discussed potential options, I opted for a system with remote connectivity so I could view it through my phone while away. They mentioned additional capabilities related to thermostat control and controlling my hot tub, but I declined those options. They completed their work, were courteous, cleaned up after all work performed, and gave me a full tutorial on the system. Very happy with work completed and have recommended to other family members.

We called Total Security Locksmiths to have some locks changed on the same day. Despite having many other appointments, they took the time to accommodate us and send a locksmith for which we were thankful. When the locksmith arrived, he worked nonstop and was very professional. We are very happy with the results. A few years ago, they did work for us which is why we used them a second time. We definitely recommend them and would continue to use their services when needed in the future.
