He’s pricey; He’s high priced. But when you call him and he’s at your house in five minutes no matter what. And that’s what he’s known for. He’s incredible. So, we know we paid a lot money for him, but we had 3 bathrooms redone and we had to wait for other work to be done before he could come in and then he had to wait for us to call him again before he could proceed with the next steps. And every time we did that, he was there instantly. And that was just phenomenal. So that’s what impressed us about him. He did a good job. On price, I hate to say B, I know he’s very expensive. I had friends in the area who had similar or more work done and their plumbers charged less. His service, his timeliness and attentiveness to our needs, and that’s probably why maybe he charged more. Priced higher than others, but was very quick to respond. I would call him again, to see what he’d charge the next time. Change the price to an A, if someone’s going to go out of the way (bend over backwards for you) to do extra for you, of course you’re going to pay more for that. I’ve used him in the past, that’s why I called him again. It was really just this job that I found out that I paid probably more than I should have. But I’ve used him in the past, and I didn’t have an issue then.

We were told house call would be $75/hour. He changed two valves and a faucet, which we supplied. After work was done plumber changed his story to I charge by the job. What recourse do you have when job is complete? When questioned about the ridiculous price being two weeks worth of groceries to us his attitude was that is the price. Thousands of plumbers around, do not hire this rip off artist.
