The Lenard team were extremely unprofessional. They were ALL disorganized. They come off being nothing but the "best" and are very cocky about it. They sold our home making us believe that the rate was 5% (very high)... because they are excellent at what they do... They have a good sales pitch but are incapable at following through with things. We signed to sell our house and tehy totally slacked off. We were passed around between the father (who shows up at your door unannounced numerous times which freaked me out), a mother who gets lost in her own paperwork, the son who didn't show his face too much, and teh daughter who is also VERY unorganized. The MLS listing are scattered in their cars and can't remember which listing they brought us to. They sold our house but we refused to resign with them to buy a house with them. We gave them the benefit of teh doubt and allowed them to show us around to a few houses. My phone must have rang 50 times per day... they would call me whenever they got and/or didnt get a showing. they would wait to schedule appoinrtments till that morning/afternoon when we would give them atleast 3 or 4 days notice. we would lose valuable time because they waited too long to book an appointment. I told tehm we needed to buy a house in a hurry but they didn't get it. They still went at their slow pace. So, we told them we werent interested in using them to buy our house. the daughter was very unprofessional and nasty towards my husband. they didnt even show up at our closing to finish the sale of our house.
