The workers arrived on time, at the end of the appointment window provided. But they called to let me know just in case I wanted to go out before they arrived. My couch was very dirty due to construction in my home. The entire couch, an armchair, and two rugs were thoroughly cleaned in one hour!

The carpet cleaning personnel arrived on time, and while one serviceman started on the couch, the owner, Rick, went through the rest of the job with me. He paid particular attention to areas that had stains, and especially the pet stains on the area rugs. Rick went over, in considerable detail how to best help the rugs dry quickly and took special care to protect my wood floors. I left them in the house and returned several hours later to a beautiful smelling house with carpets that looked brand new.
One of my area rugs had been hung over the banister to dry. Because of its size, part of it was on the ballast. This warped that edge of the carpet when laid flat. I called Rick. He offered a solution to fix it and to pay for the rug if that did not work. He called the next day to follow up and see how things went. According to Rick, "I always want to do what's right." Fortunately, rewetting and drying the rug took care of the problem. I will ABSOLUTELY use Create a Carpet again!
