He gave me a fabulous deal. We had a little shed roof over some concrete steps but I wanted to make a wider stoop leading to the portico with blue stone and brick with two side walls to accommodate our wide double doors. These workers always came a few minutes before their scheduled start time, sat in the drive and waited until the appointed start time and then began work at 7:30 promptly. Inspectors had to come while they worked to make sure everything was done properly - Everything was so well coordinated between the inspector, this contractor, and the mason and roofer. This contractor helped me find the right materials for exactly what I wanted. It's just beautiful! He was so detailed oriented. The winter that followed was horrible and this fabulous portico allowed me to actually open the doors without snow piled everywhere in front of me. It was the smallest of my projects - taking only about 3 weeks - but it was the most complicated and detail-oriented projects. It passed inspection without problem and changed the look of the house. He was incredibly professional and polite, as was the rest of his team. When I called, he called back in a very short amount of time. No phone tag involved!
