No stars. Costly, and they never did the job right. My shower head extends to close to the glass door. After 12 weeks, their conclusion was if they think of a way to fix it, they will let me know. Got the round around from salesman to managers.

Unfortunately my experience with this company has been one problem after another . They installed a walk-in shower with a bench seat. After major surgery i used the bench for the first time and slid right off. It was like sitting on a sheet of glass. My back was seriously bruised. I complained to the company and after two months they sent someone to fix the bench. The solution was to put a coating on the bench which is extremely rough. It feels like sitting on sand and grit. it's impossible to sit on. I tried to call the company but no one has called me back. They really want to forget about me. Very poor customer service.

Our new shower was completed this February and we are so very pleased. The two men, David and Joe, worker tirelessly and in 2 days,removed our old tub and installed an attractive shower. We have used the shower for a week now and are enjoying the small step-in to our lovely new shower. The entire job was done efficiently and cleanly. We heartily recommend Bath room Buddy.

My only problem was that we had purchased a special shower rod that the salesperson told us could be installed and we found out at the end that they could not do it as it would void the warranty as the rod had to be a tension rod unless the installation had been done differently. Otherwise the installers were really good and knowledgeable.
