Excellent.  Arthur is professional and forthcoming,  He is punctual and worked long hours to get a huge job completed in a timely manner. His design suggestions were excellent.  He advised me on structural issues and offered varied solutions, including cost and value. He subcontracts certain plumbing and electric work and assured that any subcontracted work was done up to his standards. Where appropriate, he dealt with vendors directly.  He works in a very clean manner, vacuuming, sweeping and washing before he left each evening.  Additionally, I could trust him alone in the house, even when my children were home which is invaluable when he was doing such an extensive job.  I have recommended him to work on my mother's house as well as others.  I simply can't say enough regarding how pleased I am to have found Arthur for such an extensive job.
