 + -1 moreAbandoned the job, left the house a husk, no electric, no plumbing, charged for Town of Smithtown permits for upstairs and did not apply for them, did not return $250,000.00 to finish the job, ask me for a loan that he mismanaged the monies, informed me to sue his insurance, "I have plenty of insurance Patty, SUE ME!, surrender his license, sustained Suffolk County Consumer Affairs 11 violations and on Oct 17th, 2013 DCA sent a letter for Ioanna to be review for criminal charges.
