A UnclogU Inc. was established to provide sewer and drain cleaning services. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with OUTSTANDING customer service for both residential dwellings and commercial business. We believe in doing business the "OLD FASHION WAY". We do not sub contract our work out. All jobs are performed by a trained knowledgeable member of our staff. When calling on the phone you are always greeted with a friendly human voice.

Long story short - I met them same day as called on site as they were in the area. It was my understanding that my exterior drain was backed up and of concern to be snaked. Upon arrival we discussed the scenario, tools were secured from the truck, and they went on to review and access/assess the situation around the house. There was no work performed, and no problem noted that they were there to service. I tipped and saved the card - no charge. Very reputable.

"Dear [Member Name Removed] my tech went to your Moms house and explained to you that if he opened up the house trap it would flood the basement, because the line was "Charged" (full of water ) [Member Information Removed] try to be as neat and clean as possible and its not a matter of being "Blamed" it is- if [Member Information Removed] can prevent our customers property from being damaged by unnecessary flooding [Member Information Removed] BY ALL MEANS do that! He told you try not to use much water and the next day he would come back and try to clear the stoppage. [Member Information Removed] never heard back from you. After waiting a week you then called us, when you called you were angry there was a bit of sewage dripping on the floor, meanwhile Leo never even touched the pipe and you wanted him to come clean it up which is not in our scope of services rendered. [Member Information Removed] are sorry you were not happy but I do not subject my techs to customers who verbally abuse them. Best Of Luck"

Bad, Called a company A Unclog U suppose to unclog my Drain they showed up Took my money $105 for half hour, said there was too much grese on my pipe and there is not they couldn't do and they still get paid, they guy Leo never open the drain in the basement because he said won't get dirty, he only snake from sink upstairs and done sorry did work here is bill you need blow the lines??? so I what I do now call blow pipe business? avoid them

"We are sorry you were not happy with your service. My tech snaked your drain and it was loaded with grease, he also explained to you that you cant dump frying pan grease down the drain. We suggested getting the lines jetted in order to clear them but you did not want to do that. Best Of Luck Pattie"

Leo was incredible. I called at 9pm and he was there by midday the next day right on schedule. He even gave a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know he was coming. He listened to what happened, then traced the system to see where he thought the clog would be - in the main pipe going out of the house. He was right - as there was a plastic toy caught in the pipe that had caused the clog. He fished it out through the traps, and everything cleared. He tested the system to make sure all was clear. Even gave me a few pointers to make sure things run smoothly going forward.

These guys are great. Leo came to my house and within minutes he found the issue. I am not clueless, i actually tried to use a 40 in snake myself and i fixed the issue 6 months ago but this time i needed some help. Leo has a lot of experience and he is very professional. He showed me how all the sewer system connects to the street and explained to me all the details. The technician was helpful and professional . He was able to unclog the drain after another plumber had given up on the job. He also retightened drain connections which I had opened myself in an attempt to resolve the problem. AAA all the way.

making an appointment was easy and professional.  the man arrived exactly within the time period given.  he was very nice, explained everything to me including best case and worst case scenario.  fortunately, best case scenario was achieved.  the price was exactly as had been explained and I was very pleased with the service.  I would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.  thank you for a very pleasant experience for a most unpleasant problem.

I want to give credit where credit is due - booking an appointment was professionally pleasant and response time was same day and within the 2 hour window promised. Overall the job took about an hour - the clog must have been out of the norm because it took him 2 passes with the snake.  Here is where I am unhappy - after the job was finished he pointed out to me that the spray hose was leaking inside the sink cabinet where he had been working, and that it had to be leaking before he arrived because there was a visible trickle of water and some water stains in the cabinet. Now, maybe that hose leaked sometime in the past but I know for sure it wasn't leaking before he arrived because I had been under that sink several times over the previous three days and I would have spotted a leak.  Of course when I tried politely to point that out he went into the typical "blame the homeowner routine". I just find it interesting that he didn't mention the leak when he started the job to advise the homeowner of a possible pre-existing problem. Also, he didn't return everything back into the cabinet under sink, just left it on the kitchen floor.

First I would like to say we did not snake the main line we snaked the kitchen sink line. The clog you referred to as "out of the norm' was quite the norm it was a heavy build up of grease in the line hense it taking 2 passes with the snake and as quoted over the phone the price was exactly as quoted on the phone so I am not quite sure as to your rating on price. As far as what made you unhappy I can do nothing about a pre-existing condition my tech did in fact as you stated point out to you that the spray hose was leaking after his job was done to let you know it was there, as a courtesy (not trying to sell you something). You said you had been under the sink several times over the past 3 days and didn't see a leak but you did state in your comment that it did leak previously. Unfortunately leaks don't just go away if you have a leak you have a leak.I am not quite sure what the "Blame THE HOMEOWNER ROUTINE" is but unfortunately being a homeowner things need to be fixed and its no ones fault its just due to wear.Lastly company policy does NOT allow our technicians to remove or replace your items from the cabinet the problem should be easily accessible when we arrive . Our job is to fix your problem and most certainly clean up any mess we have made but not replace your belongings. Thank you for choosing UnclogU Inc. He came in and covered his boots not to get my floors dirty.  He did the work and did not require to bring machinery thru the inside of my house, contrary to what other two companies said.  One company was going to charge me double of what they quoted me on the phone, and the other guy came drunk and was unapologetic about not covering up his shoes when walking over my new carpet.  This drunk person told me to find someone else when I asked him to cover his shoes, thinking I would take him anyways because my sewer was backed up.  Unclog U was very professional over the phone and when he came to do the work.  My problem was resolved soon after Unclog U came.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality.

Outstanding job!! Great experience (compared to previous Roto Rooter guy). Leo showed up promptly and quickly cleared line that previous guy said couldn't be done without expensive and extensive repair. Leo did job for estimate given- didn't try to upsell. Also cleaned up neatly. Would always use this company.
