They steal your money and never show when they are supposed to. Job which should have taken a month was never completed and I'm still paying for the work which was done erroneously. Hard to find contractors to understand what the h*** this guy actually did. They simply don't know what they are doing and doing everything wrong. If you want a nightmare and to loose an exorbitant amount of money use them. As I heard after the fact from others that used them, "I wouldn't allow them to walk my dog." And once you give the money you don't get it back and lawyers won't take you on as his father owns much of the town and people are scared of them. This is my only recourse after spending over 40 grand with them as he's hiding out and won't respond to anything further.
Description of Work: Septic - the septic was done but he failed to connect the sinks and shower into the system - left a pipe going out into the backyard for this gray water. Underground Water System Was supposed to connect underground water system however he could never figure it out and never gave feedback as to what was happening. Ended up getting another contractor to connect the system 2 days before the first snowstorm. Now I'm finding that the pipes are frozen underground and will have to be dug up in the spring as he only put them down a foot and the frost line is 4 foot plus am unsure if the tanks are in right and am told the 3000 gallons of water are probably frozen in them. All this mess took from August to November and all done wrong. Other contractors are trying to help but looks like I'll be without water till the mid spring. Trying to find places to shower and getting water to flush the toilet is challenging to haul for a 68 year old woman alone.
