I had a scheduled appointment between 3-8pm. I called to see if the schedule could be narrowed down a few days ago and was advised by a woman answering the phone that someone would call me 30 min before the appointment. Unfortunately the plumber drives two hours to get to my area once a week, so his appointments start at 3pm. I received a confirmation call from a woman at (845) 707-5169 last night to again confirm my 3-8pm window for today. While sitting in the dentist chair I get a phone call at 1:33pm and a text at 1:41pm saying a technician is at the door. I don’t see the message until 2:20pm as I’m leaving my appointment. At that time I’m told the plumber waited for half hour and rang the doorbell but no one answered. Of course not, my dog can’t answer the door and no one is home. When I remind her that I was not expecting him until 3pm she tells me it’s snowing where they live so he left early. Maybe, just maybe someone could have called before he took his two hour journey to my home and let me know he was moving my appointment up, but instead you show up early and get nasty with me because I’m not expecting you until our “confirmed” appointment window. When I asked when he can return the response is accusatory as if I just refused to open the door. Well I dodged a headache obviously. Poor customer service skills are a prelude to your service. I’m glad things worked out for others. Very unprofessional.

They did not do a good job. As a result of that, the way they did it I was unable to use my dishwasher because they did not expose the drain hole. I had to have a different plumber come out and do the work.

Mr and Mrs Plumber are AMAZING! They were able to help me diagnose my plumbing issue over the phone without even making a site visit. It is rare now a days to find a professional that would put the customer before their wallet! They were courteous and professional and should I ever need a plumber they would be my first (and only) choice!

I needed a new hot water tank installed. They got it in ok but after a day I had no water. At first they couldn't figure out what was going on and decided it must be the well pump motor, pulled it out, but were having trouble. so I called a friend who sent over her well guy. the well guy said that plumbers aren't authorized for some well work but to go ahead and let them finish. he couldn't tell me if they had diagnosed it correctly because they had already disassembled it. But that ended up costing another $2000... They left the cover off the furnace after checking it and left a capped gas line dangling in front of the hot water heater after installing. They left the cardboard box the water heater came in with all the plastic etc. on the ground behind my house and did not bother to remove and when they were trying to figure out why there was no water they needed a plastic bucket and dumped out the contents of one from my basement that was full of personal papers onto wet ground. I decided those were minor annoyances and was grateful I had working water again. I called 2 weeks ago to have them winterize my cabin. I got a text from her that 'everything's ok'. But today I learned that my house is flooded - they needed a crowbar to open the door to the basement! They never went by! And she knew I was really worried and told me it had dropped to 20 degrees one night. If they didn't have time all they had to do was let me know so I could call someone else. I tried phoning, texting and emailing several times and got no response. They also did not install a drip pan under the water heater and used scraps of paper and cardboard they found lying around to level it. I also asked for info on the water pump such as the serial number before they put it in the ground but I never heard back. they come with a long warranty and now I have no record of purchase of that pump. I had also asked them to service my furnace several times but that is not working either. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! Bad at follow thru and communication.

It went great. We called several companies. One company was booked for an entire week. The problem had to be fixed the same day, as a blizzard with 12 to 24 inches of snow was predicted for the following day. Mr. & Mrs. Plumbing Services was the only company who responded promptly. A technician was sent out immediately. He fixed the problem the same day. The problem was a broken pipe under the house. Our house has only a crawl space under it. He crawled on his back to where the break was and fixed it as good as new. He also discovered and replaced a defective well pump pressure switch and valve, and now we have better water pressure than we did before. Thank You Mr. & Mrs. Plumbing Services.

I called mr and mrs plumbing services. The mrs answered scheduled me right away on a Saturday no less. The mr himself came and repaired my kitchen faucet that was leaking. Stayed for about an hour. Was able to charge on credit card cause I had no cash. Everything went smooth. Was very happy. The guys were very polite. Cleaned up mess and left. Kitchen faucet no longer leaking.
