Chimney Sweeping
I was looking for someone to come check out my chimney to make sure it was in working order before I had a wood burning stove installed. I left repeated messages over the course of two weeks to try and schedule a time for them to come out calling at all times of the day. I could never get anyone on the phone.

I left message and call was returned quickly. He asked detailed questions to ascertain services required and then provided a price which sounded reasonable so we scheduled a time. He showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up very well - including removing all ash from the fireplace. Would use again.
