Yuri and his crew replaced my roof and the roof of another 2 family house which are physically connected with a firewall which does not go through the roof. They were the second best price, out of 6 bidders. behind someone who had questionable reviews. They did an excellent job.

Yuriy and his installers did a great job repairing and reshingling our garage roof. They were efficient, professional, and clean. The cost was very close to his original estimate with the addition of two extra sheets of plywood to replace areas on the roof that had rotted. These were not visible until the old shingles were removed. The cost was fair and the work was done in half a day.

You will not be disappointed with the price, qualtiy, and service. My project was a new roof, gutters, leaders, soffits, fascia covers and divert waterflow away from house. Also, I had some vinyl siding blown away by hurricane irene.The crew is punctual and goes right to work. The project was estimated to be completed in 4 days...and it came in on schedule. I waited to write this review until after it rained. No leaks anywhere. The discarded asphalt shingles and plywood and other materials on the side of the house concerned me initiallty...but then on the 4th day it was all gone. Thes guys are neat. Yuriy gave me a very reasonable price.

We were happy with the professional job done by Tyumen. The roof looks great, the cleanup was neat and the price very affordable, using quality material. We can transfer the warrantee to the new owner when we sell. Just note that the materials are delivered the day before, so have someone available to direct truck driver where to leave them.

Yuriy Kochergin was the only contractor to provide a written estimate immediately after viewing the project. His price was significantly below all other estimates. He required a $500 deposit to begin the work and full payment after the job was completed to my satisfaction. No hidden additions to his estimate.Yuriy provided the same quality of materials as the other bidders. Yuriy's crew worked fast and safely, cleaned up after each day on the job and completed the entire roof replacement, including new sheathing and gutters in 3+ days. I am quite happy to recommend his company to my friends and co-workers. I am willing to be a reference.
