It was a big job, and everything was done very well. Excellent job. I highly recommend Action Plumbing & Heating.

Very well. After calling their office, Action arrived promptly to make the repair, good quality materials were used, and they were cautious about the keeping our home clean. All installed pipework was insulated and strapped to prevent heat loss, sweating and vibration and they cleaned up after themselves and took all of the packaging from the new valves with them. While they were here I asked and they inspected my bathrooms and under the sinks to ensure all was in order. They now have a loyal customer!

Had this guy Tom come out and put in 62$ part and charge me 804$ A thief would be putting in mildly. Never ever use this company. On top of it all he was not mechanically inclined at all. Also tried to sell me on converting for 30k. Bad news and shame on me. When I argued w him he agreed to 700.

Mike Z came over to see the house, and then discussed the work with me, and said it was OK if I bought my own faucets, and then gave me some very good advice on what to look for and what price range to expect, to get quality faucets. Then he gave me some labor prices for doing different work. I then wrote up what I wanted to do, and emailed it to him. He called and said it looked correct. When I bought my 3 new faucets, I called and scheduled the work. They arrived on schedule and did good quality work. We first discovered that all of the original 8 shut-off valves had deteriorated badly and needed to be replaced (In advance I only knew that 1 was bad). They gave me a good price to do that extra work. Later I noticed that a couple of very slow drips had developed under 2 of the 8 shut-offs, and Tom came right out to fix that for no extra charge, of course. In the end, I have 3 new high-quality faucets plus 2 re-furbished faucets, professionally installed, working perfectly, It was nice working with them. They were very respectful of how I wanted to do this job, and also that I did not try to undercut the labor price. [I've had them do 3 other smaller jobs in the past, and was satisfied each time.]

I contacted this company because a friend was a prior employee and said they were reasonable and said the service should cost between $250-$300. I have no complaints about the job that was performed but the bill I received was outrageous. I was given a bill for $535, after arguing they dropped the price to $428. I then contacted two other local plumbers and was quoted between $275-$290 to do the same job.

What they did kind of caused another small problem but I don't think it was through a fault of their own, it's just that it happened. It was fine. They did charge me but I think it was all good. It seemed to be fair. They were good and they cleaned up, and I was pretty happy with the service. They responded very quickly to my call. They came when they said they were going to, they were very friendly, courteous, and they seemed to do good work.

The owner called before they came to say the guys were on the way. Gave them a difficult long-standing problem with leaky (slow-leak) indoor shut-off valve and broken outdoor faucet valve (freezing damage), and they solved it for me. They warned me that replacing valve gaskets does not usually solve leak problems, and they were right about that. I insisted (incorrectly) on first trying to replace both valve gaskets, which wasted at least 45 minutes of their time, so I didn't mind paying a little more than I expected. Now that both valves are replaced, everything is working fine. They were very professional. I'll definitely be calling these guys again when I need any plumbing help in the future.

One thing I didn't know, and I learned here, was that the drips from a slow-leaking indoor shut-off valve provides just enough evaporative cooling at the outdoor valve, to make it very difficult to heat it up enough to melt the old solder so as to remove the old broken outdoor valve.

It went very well. They called before they came. After they repaired the faucet, they cleaned up after themselves - including where the faucet had dripped under the sink. You couldn't even tell work had been done except that everything looked right again.

Great. Timely. Neat. Professional. This is the fourth or fifth time I have used action plumbing. They are proactive and reasonable. Tom and his crew have installed toilets. Sink drains and plumbing, Shower basins in my home. Repair of contractor damage to heating pipes (3and quot; nails in 4and quot; wall). I am having them replace and up grade all of my kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets as part of a countertop upgrade in my 40 + year old home. They do great work. I will only use Action plumbing.

He has been doing work for over 30 years. He is a real professional. He does excellent work. Scheduling is good and comes right away when I call him. He does great job cleaning up too.

This was easily my best experience with a plumber that wasn't related to me. Hahaha. The plumber was very down to earth and professional. He explained what his thought process was to deduce what our actual problem was and he was right the first time. I will be calling Action Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

Called our usual plumber at 9:20 am on a Saturday but he didn't have the correct snaking equipment to handle a sewer clog. He recommended Action...we called them at 9:24 and as promised, someone was here within half an hour. By 10:20, we had clear sewers and no more problems!

I have used Action Plumbing many times in the past. I continue to call them because of the prompt, professional, courteous service. When they come to my house, they put down drop cloths to protect my carpets and floors. They stand behind their work and it gives me peace of mind to know the work was performed by a licensed plumber.

Efficient,punctual, great service. Price is probably comparable to what other plumbers charge but their service and punctuality is far better.

They did a good job. They were professional and showed up on time. They price was a little high.

I had tried contacting this service several weeks ago and did not receive a reply. I liked the fact that the owner seemed concerned and was quick to prioritize my needs. I was pleased overall with the work performed. It was quick and clean. I would definitely use this service for future work to be done in my home.

They came when they said they would and did the work quickly. Now I can turn off the water to my home if needed and my hose no longer leaks at the connection.

Action Plumbing and Heating I like but he sent a subcontractor to do this job. The quality of the work was pretty good but it took way too long. They also installed two parts that I didn't ask for without me knowing about it first. One man left to get a part and the other spent the entire time on his cell phone. They also wouldn't give me a break down of the price. I think the price is a little more than it should be.
