Real Estate Service
Wynn Englisbe inspected the home I purchased in 2009. He was very cordial and pleasant; recommended by my real estate agent Edie Kelly from Mc Curdy Real Estate. After I moved in these are the faults he missed/did not include in his inspection report: six broken windows,one radiator not functioning,washing machine hose draining directly into the ground(I had specifically asked him about that and he did not know or find out), no shut off valve on toilet, multiple outlets not working, multiple exposed live wires hanging from ceiling in cellar, hinges missing on back door, door hanging and not locking properly, gutters leaking, pipe from cellar entering bathroom attached with a bungee cord.And just to top it off,termites and carpenter ants.
