Making contact to receive an estimate and then to confirm the work required a few extra phone calls. However, once we spoke and agreed on the scope of the work and a day for performing the job, the team arrived on time, did the work to my satsifaction and cleaned up completely when the work was done. The work was completed for the agreed price.

Don and his crew started promptly at 8:00 am, and worked non-stop both days that he was here. The first day he removed the trees. On the second day, he ground all three stumps along with their roots, which extended many feet from the trunks in all directions. He and his crew were so thorough that it was hard to tell that trees were ever there to begin with. The day he removed the trees, there wasn't a twig left on our lawn. The following day, there was just a few chips of wood here and there. There was no other impact to our lawn or property other than the grass being tamped down where it was walked on and raked. He had to cancel the first scheduled removal date due to rain and high winds, but he worked us in the following week. He and his crew were finished by 2:00 pm on both days.

They didn't charge us for the last service. We had a lot of work done before that, which was $1500 for removing two trees, for pruning and trimming all the trees that needed trimming in our property. They are definitely reasonable. We have been using them for ten years.

they weren't he lowest quote, but gave good advice on what needed to be done. they were punctual, got the job done in 2 hours, and cleaned up after themselves.

Of the five quotes we got, they were tied for second least expensive (they were less than 1/2 of the highest bidder). Given their good reputation in the neighborhood, and their documentation/insurance, we went with them. They arrived promptly and communicated well with my wife (as I was away at work). Cutting and removal was done the first day and stumping and cleanup was done the next. As I said, they did a nice job.

We have used their services before. They are efficient, are self insured, clean up well after the job and do professional work. They do not need supervision and treat the house and surroundings with care.
