He is responsive and prompt. If you have things outside the norm he accommodates it by making special pickups. He is around all the time.

HE DROPPED OFF A 30-YARD DUMPSTER FOR OLD ROOFING MATERIAL. I CALLED THEM UP AND TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED. THEY BROUGHT IT OVER THAT DAY. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO REMOVE IT THEY WERE THERE TO REMOVE IT THAT DAY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME. I NEVER DEALT WITH THAT BEFORE SO I THINK IT WAS A GOOD PRICE. IT WAS CHEAPER THAN IF I HAD TO GET RID OF IT MYSELF.
