OLSEN'S NURSERY

Very disappointed! Mower required two new rear drive wheels which they installed. First time out this season, one of the wheels fell off after less than five minutes. I called Olsen's and spoke to Andy, one of the managers. After explaining the situation, his only reaction was "Ok." as if this was an expected outcome. There was no concern about the mistake, no apology for the inconvenience, and he didn't even ask if anyone was hurt. He told me if I brought the mower back, they would reattach the wheel, but I did that myself. When I told Andy that he didn't seem to be taking this seriously, he said "would do you want me to say...my tech will be in on Monday and i'l tell him about it then." A simple mistake made by the service tech turned into a fiasco by an arrogant and an unnecessarily defensive manager. Terrible customer service!

WHEN HE DELIVERED THE SOIL HE CONSIDERED THE PLACEMENT OF THE SOIL SO THE PILE WAS AS UNOBTRUSIVE AS POSSIBLE. I THINK THEY'RE PRETTY COMPETITIVE WITH WHAT'S OUT HERE. THEY HAVE A GOOD PRODUCT AND THEY USE A CERTAIN TYPE OF SOIL.

WE ARE RETURN CUSTOMERS, MEANING THAT THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD ENOUGH FOR US TO COME BACK. I RATED THEM A B ON THEIR PRICE BECAUSE IF I WANTED TO, I COULD GO INTO TOWN AND GET THE MULCH FOR FREE BUT I JUST DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT.
