It went very well. I scheduled the work before Sandy and then it had to be postponed. I told him that he could come after he was caught up. He was very prompt and did a very good job.

We had Tim taking care of our trees couple years ago, and were very impressed with his work.  Now we had a huge tree dying in our property. Tim came out as soon as we called him, confirmed that it was indeed dead tree and he took care of the problem couple of days later. He is very professional and reliable. 

Tim has done a ton of work for us over the years on our farm. He is a great guy, very reliable and fair. I will continue to use him in the future. He and his guys do a great job cleaning up and do excellent work!

I called him numerous times (over a month's span) but he never came back.

All work was done in a very professional and timely manner. The cost was competative given the difficulty of the job. We plan on using him again for routine tree care.

Tim came back after we hired another contractor based on neighbor's recommendation. Other contractor abandoned the job, leaving a huge mess in the yard. Tim took on the project even though he would have to resolve the huge pile of limbs in the yard from before. Tim gave a very reasonable price. Completed the work in a timely fashion. Stumps were ground down low enough that we were able to grow grass and put hardscape over the top. Excellent work. Great clean up. Wish we could find other trades that worked like these guys. Did the job you would want, not the 'quoted job'. Our mistake was not hiring him from the start.

He trimmed the trees and cut them back. Some of them were leaning back on to the house. He did the work on a windy day. He noticed that there was a tree which had a very large branch coming up on the side. He showed us that it was moving and pointing towards the house. He recommended that we remove it and he did that too. It was a risk that we were unaware of. Fortunately, the weather was in his favor and he had noticed it. He evaluated one of the trees for something called girdling roots. He did work on almost every tree. We have about 10 or 12 trees. His prices were reasonable. He seemed straightforward and honest. He explained everything. It was easy to communicate with him. He took a while to respond but then the weather was not good; it was raining.

Excellent work! Very prompt, curteous workers. Job finished on time, on budget. All tree parts removed and area cleaned. Stump grinding done very well. Very responsive to requests for additional work as well.

Tim came to us on Saturday, he was very pleasant to talk to, he explained to us what should be done and gave us an estimate, which seemed to be a very reasonable, he never pressured us to do the job, he actually told us that there is no emergency only maintenance. The crew of 4 people (3 tree climbers and one cleaner) was working from 8:30 to 4pm, with one short break. The trees on property are very tall and hard to reach, so they had to climb each of them to cut the branches. The work was done in very professional and safe manner. I also asked Tim to remove few more branches that were blocking the sun, they did. We are very happy with the work and definitely recommend them.

We used this company because they have received an award. They did a reasonably good job and was very pleasant. They cleaned up nicely and I had no major problems. They were a little hard to reach by phone, but he showed up on time. I am still waiting to see if the tree will live or die. I was satisfied with the services.

Found Tim on Angie's List and saw the great reviews he had received. Called him up and within a day he was out to visit the property and provide an estimate. Tim spent nearly an hour with us walking the property, making recommendations and explaining everything in great detail. He was extremely patient with us even when asking question not directly related to the trees on our property. A very personable guy who knows what he's talking about. Actual work was performed about two weeks later as his schedule was pretty booked (shows that he's in demand). He called to set up a time and showed up the next day ahead of schedule. Tim and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and the results were no less than amazing. Absolutely worth every penny. Once the work was done, Tim walked the property with us again to make sure we were happy with the work performed. He even took he time to answer more questions we had -- whether related to the trees or not. We would highly recommend using Tim for any tree work around your property. His explanations are thorough and his work quality is as promised. Many thanks to Tim and his crew. We'll definitely hire them for more work in the future.

Tim called us back and was able to come over right away for an estimate. He was very flexible in scheduling the estimate and very friendly and personable. We walked the property and he made some other suggestions about landscaping and other trees. He came the next day, a Saturday, to do the work and did a great job cleaning up. He was great to work with and we would highly recommend his services.

It took them a while to actually come do the work because they're so popular. Tim had to finish up some other jobs first. But when they did come, they were here for two days. Tim himself came, along with three other guys. They were all really nice. They took away all the debris and cleaned up with a leaf blower. They left the property cleaner than before they started the job.

Tim was really nice. Not only did he do the work as discussed, he spent an hour walking my entire property and explaining to me the species of trees and their overall health. They did not even ask me for any deposit, just mailed me a bill about three weeks later.

The pricing was pretty good. They came when they said they were going to and did what they were supposed to do. They cleaned up perfectly when they were done with the job.

We called three different tree services to get estimates to take down a large limb of a three hundred year old oak. Tim responded immediately, kept in touch with us to let us know when he could make it out, showed up when he said he would to give us an estimate, and spent time talking with us about the other trees in our property and what trees we might add. He gave us a window that he'd be able to take our tree down, and again showed up when he said he would, efficiently and with zero impact to our yard and our neighbor's yard (and to our play set just underneath the branch) took down the branch. He then took down a dying cherry tree in our neighbor's yard just as efficiently and professionally, no problems, and no hesitation about the additional work. He and his crew cleaned up after themselves so the place looked better than when they left, they were wonderful with my six year old who was very curious about everything they were doing, they were trustworthy and personable and professional. We will definitely be using Tim again. He was impressive, his price was great, he stayed in contact with us so we were never left wondering, and he was extremely professional. Very very satisfied with the work performed.

It went great. We got exactly what we were looking to have done at a terrific price. We've already recommended Tim to friends, and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

I would highly recommend Tim Williams to anyone--I sought out several bids, and Tim's was the most competitive (actually right in line with someone else's but I liked Tim's honesty and professionalism more, so we went with him.) His crew of 3-4 guys was here over the course of 4 days, and I have not one complaint about the work that was done. They were on time, skilled, professional, and cleaned up entirely after the job. Tim actually threw in a little extra work which was most appreciated. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Tim came on a Sunday to do the estimate. One week (or so) later he did the work in 3 or 4 hours withe the help of 2 other guys. He's a small operation, but has one of these bucket trucks. The work was done very quickly and he did about exactly as I wanted. He understood the problems.

Called on a weekend, Mr Williams returned call Monday. Very nice and professional on telephone. Scheduled appointment for him to see job for following week due to scheduling on our side. Very professional run through and discussion of options, no pressure to change plans. He offered several good suggestions for managing the other trees on the yard we asked him to look at which he said may need future work but not now. Contacted us 1 week later about estimate which was very fair relative to others we looked at. We agreed. They came 2 weeks later and did an excellent job, thoroughly cleaned up. Only down side was 2 foot diameter oil spot spilled on driveway. Would ask to park in the street in the future.

Tim is the nicest guy! He was punctual, gave us a very fair price, did all the work very quickly, and was extremely neat. He even blew the leaves off my patio and walks which were there before he arrived. I couldn't have been more pleased. I will use him in the future for all my tree care.

Excellent service. Mr. Williams returned my telephone call promptly and visited to give us an estimate. He then arrived within a couple of days to do the work. He cured the problem and did a beautiful job shaping the trees. All of the trimmed branches were removed from my yard. The trees look great and the price was fair.
