Carlos and his team were great. Carlos first came out to see what we wanted to have done, and provided a written firm price via email the next day. It was a large job, so they did the deck one day, and the windows a separate day, including windows on a greenhouse. We have never seen the windows in the house and greenhouse so clean. He and his team (there were four other men with him) all worked hard and were very careful. The clearly know what they are doing, and take pride in doing a job well. We previously had a single guy do the windows, and he didn't do as good a job, and bent some screens. Absolutely no problems with Carlos and his team. We definitely hire again.

Absolutely above my expectations. Initial visit done by the nicest gentleman who showed the utmost respect for his customer. I was able to set a date very quickly. Once the crew came, including the gentleman himself, the whole family got to work, everyone a hard worker obviously, quietly, quickly and professionally made my windows look like new. The team cleaned the basement windows as well, which I did not even think to ask as they were never cleaned for decades, were extremely hard to access and just so unpleasant to clean. I didn't even know the basement was in their budget. They could have walked away and I wouldn't have noticed. This is a family of very honest, sincere people. The price wasn't cheap but the work was worth every penny - it's one of the few ways money can buy happiness. I would hire them again without hesitation.

They missed several expensive repair Items and would have missed more if we did not insist on them climbing on to the roof.

This is the only company I’ve used through Angie’s List. It was very cold when he did my windows, but he was very busy, he couldn’t get here, so it was probably in November. He is excellent, Carlos. I have an 8,000 square foot home, it’s a lot of windows. I have used him a couple of times.

Carlos promptly responded to my message requesting a quote for window washing services.  He did a site visit a few days later and gave me a written quote on the spot!  When I called to set up an appointment, I was delighted to receive one for the next day because another customer had to postpone at the last minute.  Carlos' brother, Francisco along with crew Clemente and Marlon arrived promptly the next morning and did fantastic job cleaning windows (interior and exterior)  that, I am embarrassed to say, had not been properly cleaned in at least 17 years.  They also cleaned the screens and the sills.  The house is contemporary so the 'windows' are large and include many sets of sliding glass doors, glass entry doors, 4 skylights and a large greenhouse window.  My husband didn't think the windows were all that dirty but now he can't stop commenting on how much more light there is in the house.  I will definitely use Sleepy Hollow Window Cleaning again.

Sleepy Hollow was responsive to my call, gave me a date and arrived on time.  Very nice crew, easy to have in the house.  They cleaned my windows inside and out, screens, sills, and window wells.  Also cleaned my glass doors in the house as well as the glass in the coach lights outside my house.
They power washed my house and my garden fence as well, removed my old window shutters and were helpful taking down a few remaining holiday lights.

The company called me on 4/13/15 and said they would be here on 4/14/15. They never showed up.

Our experience with Sleepy Hollow Window Cleaning was excellent. Organized and professional with very good customer service. I will use Sleepy Hollow again for window cleaning and will recommend them to friends.

Great work, very thorough and neat. I've used them 2 years in a row now and think they are a great value - I couldn't believe how much better things looked after the cleaning. We always did our own windows - never again.

Not only did they was our very tall windows, but they also painted trim. Excellent company, very reasonably priced.

Scheduling was mildly difficult, but in the end it worked out and I'm glad we proceeded with the job. It's amazing to be able to see clearly out of windows that had not been (professionally) cleaned in over 5 years. We will not wait that long again and we will call Carols and his staff to do the job.
