Not well, kept asking for more money, many things were missing in the house. Do not allow the workers in the house unattended.

great - after having leaks for many years, even after many re-roofing jobs & full roof replacements, the leaks continued.  We needed to gut the bedroom in order to repair the ceiling & paint the walls, but needed to be sure we had finally stopped the leaks.
After Frank came and did the work for us, the leaks were gone & we were able to redo the bedroom

Does quality work but does not provide follow up to make sure homeowner gets a certificate of occupancy on work done. Homeowner is left stuck getting all building code approvals and Frank's does not communicate with local building inspector to make sure certificate of occupancy is filed after work is completed or offer help in attaining certificate of occupancy.

He is outstanding. I've had him back for additional jobs.

This company has done a lot of work for our church, including replacing the front columns and two exterior doors, including frames. They most recently replaced bathroom ceilings and fan. They do excellent work, and are very clean and neat as well. We would definitely recommend them.

Frank is a complete gentleman, does what he says he's going to do, when he says he's going to do it. Their work is excellent. The price was by far not the cheapest, but the work was excellent.

He was very tidy, worked quickly. He was very friendly and professional. The work was done well.

Contracted for 5 1/2 months. Now, over 1 yr. later, project still not complete. At contracted completion time, only 60% done. Supervisor is affable but forgetful and not good at scheduling work or accepting responsibility for his errors. Work was halted a week at the beginning because he forgot to obtain a building permit number. Tried to blame the architect. Head carpenter was terrific. Rough framing went quickly (finish carpentry, too.) Then work slowed - lots of no-show days. Plumber was painfully slow, and compromised our floor joists which we had to fix. They finally fired plumber due to other problems. One spackler/sander to do the entire 2nd floor. Took 3 weeks. Turned out to be very poor quality. Their "A" team took 1 week to fix the work. Tools from our tool room were "borrowed," returned only when we inquired about them. Agreed on revised schedule three times, but dates never met. We've been patient, but now tired of all their no-show excuses. Fairly good work when they show up.

HE IS VERY TIMELY AND VERY CLEAN AND VERY RESPONSIVE, AND STRAIGHTFORWARD WHICH IS A BLESSING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

IF I HAD A PROBLEM I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THEM FOR ANYTHING, BUT I KEEP USING THEM. THEY HAVE DONE SEVERAL JOBS FOR ME, AND THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. THE TILING TURNED OUT GREAT.
