Brinkerhoff Tree Service

They were very good. It was pretty much a positive experience with him. He came on time. He gave me an estimate and he stuck with that estimate. At the end of their service, they were very good in terms of their cleanup. They cleaned up very well and they also left the wood which I requested stacked neatly in a pile ready to be used on our fireplace. They seem to go that extra mile of not only cleaning up but making it easier for me by cutting the wood nicely and just leaving it stacked and just being very courteous and professional while they were on the premises.

Rob (owner) came over as scheduled to give me an estimate.  Price was excellent for services quoted.  Scheduled time to have work done.  Showed up on time with a friendly crew and machinery needed.  Before anything was cut, Rob made sure what they were cutting was to my satisfaction.  He said "I can always cut more, but I can't put it back".   He personally got under my pine trees and cut each branch with me approving each one to cut.  He even cut some trees that he didn't originally quote on, and the best part, his crew went on my roof and blew out all my gutters and only charged me an additional $25.00 over the quoted price. This was great customer service as my husband is afraid of heights and would never get up there.   Clean-up was excellent.  I was concerned because I had gotten permission from my neighbor for them to use their driveway for their cherry picker.  They cleaned up every branch and every leaf that had fallen.  I was impressed.  Definitely would recommend to my friends and anyone who would ask about this kind of service.

They have Excellent prices. We do have to wait for them, as they are usually pretty busy but they did come out for an emergencey in the past when it was urgent. They came out with a crew of (7) people . They cut everything up and piled it neatly. They had a woodchipper and a winch with them. One of the tree trunks was very big and they handled it all well.
