DB Pas'cal Chimney & Roof

had partial repair and eventually complete replacement of chimney. Workmen left debris on roof and due to concerns that Pas'cals workmen might damage the roof if we asked them to come back and clean it, we had our roofing company send an inspector out who noted numerous shingles had been nailed into. This caused concern over the quality of the chimney and an inspector from another chimney company noted cracks between bricks, improper placement of the liner. Repair of the roof cost $1944 and of the chimney $3500. Contacted Mr. Pascal who only offered $500. He was rude and insulting to both myself and my wife.

From initial contact to completion (done in 3 bites) they were professional, punctual and stood by their word. They tore off and replaced our roof and you wouldn't have know they were there. They did the job when they said it would be done a the price they quoted. The provided a detailed quote that included many items the others did not. Not cheap but well worth the price.

As soon as I contacted them they came to give me the estimate. They came when they said and the work was done when agreed to. Before the workers left they told me that they had to order a cap for the chimney and they would return to install it. After several months I contacted the office and left a message that I didn't think they had completed the job. Was told Dusty would be over and that was it. To this day I have not heard from them and still do not feel they completed the job. As soon as the job was finished they were there for the check.

Our living room had been leaking for 3 years and from Feb '09 until the day we met Mr. Pascal that section of the roof had been both repaired and replaced twice. We weren't optimistic the problem would ever be solved until we were strongly encouraged to call the Pascals' and met Dusty. They quickly determined the cause of the leak, thoroughly described the appropriate measures to eliminate the problem and even came on the weekend since they could feel our frustration. One very important point was when Dusty explained that if any surprises arise during the course of the project they simply take care of it and the price would not change, boy did he mean it! The plywood felt solid upon inspection but once exposed nearly 50% of the surface was covered with mold, it was all replaced. Our intent was to hire them for a complete roof replacement until they explained that the 2nd story roof would last an additional 10-15 years! Very honest, very personable and very knowledgable. The kind of company every homeowner deserves to do business with. A++!

I think he does a very good job, but his pricing is high. He even told us his price was high! The work he did was very high quality, but way too expensive. I would not use him again in the future because of the high price.

It was a wonderful experience! They were here when they said they would be, very professional, and fun to talk to. They explained everything that they were doing, as well as letting me know that the store had made a mistake on the shingles. After explaining to me the differences, I decided to stay with the shingles that were already here.

In order to keep my costs low, they went through Lowe's instead of their normal roofing supplier. Lowe's has 10% for Veterans, so I was able to keep the cost of supplies reasonable.

Bob and his brother Shane were nice enough to see we had yellow jackets under our house, so they threw spraying under the house for free. They also gave us a piece of gutter to have over the front door to keep the rain and snow off part of the landing.

Overall, they were great, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

They were very prompt and professional. They came really quickly and repaired our roof when a part of the tree fell on it without a wait or anything. The price depends on the type and size of roof you have. I can’t remember the price, but it was over $1000. The work done by them was good. Our overall experience with them was very good. We would use their services in the future too.
