"This client said that he was happy with the job & especially pleased with the quick reponse of getting the work completed due to storm damage. There were a few extra work tasks completed for this client that wasn't obvious to another company trying to price compare. Payment was made that same day. We may have been more than another company but with all the storm damage out we were able to take care of it right away! Easy for another company to say they would have been less although I dont believe they knew all that we did and how much debris was there. It was in line for storm clean-up and repair work. At the end of the day, it's how the customer feals. Unfortunately, he's unhappy with it."
