Excellent service!  Quick and really professional.  If I had any questions, the employees took their time to help me understand what was going on - -  unlike the "big box" stores.  It is nice to receive the same personal service each time I go to the store.  I didn't feel anonymous rather like they understood what my personal computer needs were; really cared about the issues I was having.  My computer was updated quickly and I was certainly pleased with the price.   I will be returning!
