+ -1 moreI was thinking we had a huge job that we would have to be paying for. This company was honest with us and only did what was necessary to resolve the immediate problem. They even told us it was a small job and not a large one. I could not believe how quickly they repaired it all and that it cost us under two hundred dollars.
Description of Work: We recently had a very small leak around the chimney on our 1500 square foot home. This company came out to see what the problem was. They determined there was an area that they needed to do some repairs on. They repaired the one leaky area.

+ -1 moreWE ARE SO HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT TRI-COUNTY PERFORMED. THERE ESTIMATE, WE FELT, WAS IN THE BALLPARK WITH THE OTHER ESTIMATES WE RECEIVED. THEY WERE NOT AS 'BIG' A COMPANY AS OTHER COMPANIES THAT WE RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM, BUT WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THEM ANYWAY. THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN, EFFICIENT AND ORGANIZED. THE WORK ON THE HOUSE IS PERFECT!!!
Description of Work: WE WANTED TO REPLACE THE SHINGLES ON OUR HOUSE AND OPTED TO GO WITH VINYL SIDING.
