carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe other carpet installer agreed to come (next day!) to do the small job. I've neglected to to write the follow-up, but the second installer, whom Mr. Massaro recommend, was terrific. Great service and fair price. I'll look up his name and write a report if and when I have his permisssion. I was extremely satisfied. However, I am equally grateful to Mr. Massaro for his recommendation.
Description of Work: Mr Massaro immediately answered his phone (not voicemail) and listened to my urgent need for someone to re-install carpet. My need: I had another installer put down an engineered wood floor. That person was unable to re-install the exisitng carpeting around the area of the new wood floor. Mr. Massaro, whom I had never dealt with before, but whose name I found on Angie's List, was unable to take my job as he was very busy and was located many miles away. However, he patiently listened to the details, offered professional advice and then immediately provided me with names of other professional, reliable installers in whom he had great confience. Within a half-hour, I had contacted and arranged an appointment with one of the professionals Mr. Massaro had recommended. Mr. Massaro was kind and helpful while providing service above and beyond the norm.
