Poor service and customer relationship. Steve the one man band has a PO box up here in monroe county but lives way down in bristol NY . I would have liked to look at the machine beforeit was worked on but who wants to dive an hour to chase a PO box . This guy is not on Herendeen road look him up!!!!! The PO BOX is listed in Fairport NY ..........SMH ! Shady business .
