They're terrific. He came recommended by someone who owns the lumber company nearby. He was knowledgeable. He was courteous and personable. He subcontracted a lot of people who came in. For example, the crew that did the framing, a crew that did the roofing. They were all so capable. The garage turned out great. It's well-built. It looks really good. The price was very good. He came in right on budget. He was very attentive to details. I would recommend him highly. The price was reasonable. We had a detached garage and we also had a breathe-way that was unattached to the house. We kind of have to excavate into a hill. It was a little bit different. There was a hill on the back of the property and the garage was partially built into the hill. The property had to be graded.
