Their work was really good, but they left me without a kitchen after I had a signed agreement with them. I ended up spending an extra $10,000 for a kitchen. I am not the only one who has had this experience with them. The price was good and that was why decided to use them.

We hired SKY to waterproof our basement. They were very thorough in analyzing the problem and deriving at the appropriate solution. It was determined that we needed an exterior solution, but only in the rear of the house, and in combination with a new drain and gutter reconfiguration. That saved us money. It was a lot of work digging the trench, filling in cracks, applying waterproof material, installing new drain system, and back filling with gravel and dirt. When they needed the extra man power they brought in a team. They did such a great job, we hired them to do more work. We are so happy with our dry basement, new blue stone stairway, paver walkway, and patio. We sometimes had to discuss the details of the project more than once, but it was well worth it. Carlos was patient, and made sure the work was done properly and to my standards, and all for a reasonable price. They went beyond what other contractors were willing to do for the price. We will definitely keep them in mind for future projects.
