I have moved three times in 2 years and Poop Away continues to be one of my most appreciated vendors! Even the dogs love to see them. They are flexible and accommodating and provide great service. Very professional , friendly and curtious. I have been using this company for years and never had any issues. Prompt return phone calls and the owner is always readily available when needed. They do a great job, that I never had a complaint. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Pricing is the best around.

Absolutely horrible. After a few weeks I had contacted them because they wouldn't show up & still charge me or they just we're not picking up all the waste. The owner apologized profusely & said it would be taken care of. After a few more weeks of not seeing the employee and/or going outside to a yard full of waste, I finally saw the employee on a Friday morning. After about 5 minutes he was gone. I went outside to check & it was like he did absolutely nothing. My yard was still full of waste..do not trust this company. They are one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with.

"We always show up when we are suppose to. I would never charge for services not rendered. Our responsiveness is unmatched in the industry. Within an hour of a complaint of missed piles I sent a guy back to remedy the situation. We will always do the very best we can to keep all of our customers happy and remain on doody."

"I am a little disappointed in a C rating. We drove almost an hour to service a home in an area where no other company of our nature services. We priced very fairly for our time and efforts and always do the very best we can to keep all of our customers happy. I just noticed this review and would like to add that we do offer "TakeAway" service at a very small additional fee as we then would have dumping fees to pay. Otherwise we securely bag the waste and leave it in your receptacle. We are always on doody. Thank you"

Company is responsive and courteous. Worked around my schedule as I want him to come the day before my landscapers. One small problem with service one time, but a friendly phone call fixed the situation immediately. Very friendly and trust worthy.
